Reservations must be secured by credit card. Cancellations Because we are a very small business, cancellations have a great impact, therefore we require a week's notice. If you cancel after that time we may have to charge for the room. In all cases there is a $15 cancellation fee. Check-in 3-9 p.m., check-out 11 a.m. Unsuitable for children under the age of 14. We regret that we are not wheelchair accessible (bedrooms upstairs) We cannot accommodate pets **For the comfort of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises. Failure to comply will necessitate an excess cleaning charge. Our spacious contemporary home is furnished with exquisite antiques, mostly from 19th century France. Though there is much to interest and delight you, we have left lots of room for you and your personal belongings. A full home-made breakfast is served before the fireplace in the sunny dining room. This may include orange pecan French toast, three cheese oven omelet, French puffs, smoked salmon frittata, lemon crepes or blueberry waffles. Included in your stay is accommodation in a charming, comfortable guest room with en suite bathroom. You are encouraged to use the parlor, sunroom or patio. You will be served a full, delicious breakfast in the dining room: perhaps waffles, french toast or omelets, with fruit, eggs and breakfast meat; or perhaps quiche or a fritatta with chocolate chip banana bread and lemon crepes for dessert.
